Omni Trio - Revolver

Studied and read on the way to and from work. The commute was smooth and everything synchronised. I love it.

I’m practicing a new method of organising my “to-do” list and it’s helped anchor my anxiety and brain shooting all over the place. I’ve noticed how short my attention span has become and I get easily distracted by seemingly almost anything. I blame myself for succumbing to the convenience of modern technology. I don’t have a lot of discipline there. When I get in the pc or phone, any alert or app just takes my attention.

Honestly, just turn that shit off, and be clear with going through a methodical process. Being a kid was easier because I didn’t have to over complicate my thought process. But I didn’t have responsibility and influence then. I do now and need to manage getting to the clear goals I want for my family and future.

I can’t travel on a train without knowing on the destination. Luck only helps so much.
