It's become a bit of a tradition now that for Mom's birthday I (or rather we) cook a meal of her choice. This year's choice was Chinese-y, and we opted for a Eastern theme with Teriyaki Chicken and Prawn Laksa with (slightly cheating) bung-in-the-oven starters and, of course, cake! *
