Damselfly - Ruddy Darter?

 
Another day of pottering, but I still managed to get some jobs completed. 
 
Today’s picture is of, possibly a Ruddy Darter? The app on my phone only identifies it as a dragonfly/damselfly. I am sure someone will be able to identify it and then I can change the title of this blip.
 
The temperature at noon today was fifteen degrees Celsius.
