Lanhydrock parkrun

Up early to walk the dogs, then off to Lanhydrock to do parkrun.
I had worked out if I parked in the lower Respryn carpark and I ran well I could do parkrun and get to Keely's training at wadebridge by 10am.
Glad I did it, the weather was lovely and I ran the fastest time this year (fastest than last week).
Will have to run fastest back to the van as I was 2 minutes late getting to training, but I had texted her to warn her I might be slightly late.
Keely was so happy to see all her friends back at sports training.
Bit of a restful evening tonight me thinks
