Calm before the storm

Ran my second fastest Parkrun at St Andrews this morning, the thought that I might still set a new PB keeps things interesting.

What a beautiful autumnal day, the leaves in woods are like a dry crunchy carpet. They will all be gone tomorrow once Ashley has cleared through.
