Gawthorpe Hall

We have relocated to Burnley in order to avoid a long drive to tomorrow’s Orienteering. It was such a nice afternoon I popped along to Gawthorpe Hall. I was too late to gain entry to this fine Elizabethan house. However a walk through the gardens and woods made up for it.

Tomorrow’s weather looks interesting. Have brought all my wet weather gear but just hope I don’t get blown off course!
