Scarecrow

Back on the bike today, I nearly wussed out but the weather was just too good.  There's something pretty fun about cycling on your own in the dark when there's no one else around first thing in the morning, it feels pretty magical.  On the way home I noticed that the nursing home by the Avon had a halloween scene out of the front - not sure what this scarecrow is doing and what the halloween reference might be but it made a good blip!
