New shoes

Spent the morning at Achilles Heel in Glasgow being fitted for new running shoes! Apparently I have a wonky foot and over pronate despite having a very high arch!

All sorted hopefully now - cannot recommend them enough! Christine was just lovely! Did a wee interval training session earlier at gym to wear them in! So far so good!
