Christmas is just around the corner . . .
. . . time to get the sprouts on . . .
Ok, they are for this evening’s meal. Roast leg of lamb with roast spuds, roast carrot, roast parsnip (if I remember), and roast courgette, along with sprouts and carrot (cooked together I expect).
Getting diner prepared early to give myself a free day – so I though. Booted the pooter to find the next edition of ‘Country Eye’ waiting to be published.
