Cakes for Open Access week

While the men got ready to head off to Wembley for the NFL game,  I started baking.  I've made vegan biscoff traybake and a rather fragile chocolate one.  I've also turned some of the chocolate mixture into muffin sized cakes.  Lots of whisking, beating and folding.  They are a bit rough and ready but I hope they taste OK. Took them to work in the car this afternoon and left them in the work fridge.  Hope they are still there tomorrow!
Saw a sparrow hawk in the garden as I was baking but was too covered in flour to grab my camera.
