Herring gull, Vancouver Island

Lots of birds on the beach again this morning. The tide was in so our walk was a bit limited. Enjoyed watching the wind surfers battling the rain and wind too. See extra.

We met our friends at the North Island Animal Recovery Centre. Very interesting to hear about the work they do helping animals to go back into the wild after injuries. See Bald Eagle in extra.Back blip for yesterday too.
