Snapped this biker riding past one of the mile markers situated along the Leeds/Liverpool Canal, this one at Henhurst Bridge and lock near Wigan Pier.
Always amazes me that they didn’t move them slightly to round up/down the figures, or just do the latter anyway…after all, these markers were placed back in the late 1770’s!
