The Nutcracker

If Ferraro Roche was a cake this would be it!

Chocolate sponges and hazelnut sponges sandwiched together with hazelnut buttercream and filled with rich hazelnut ganache. The cake is frosted in hazelnut buttercream and decorated with a chocolate drip and Ferraro Roche!

After taking this photo I added the finishing touches of Malachi’s birthday decorations and it was later enjoyed by everyone!

One of my best tasting cakes yet, definitely not too sweet!
