A stroll in the garden

I saw two bean flowers when I took the photo. Looking at the photo on the computer screen I see two happy young people going for a walk, moving away from the camera. One, on the left skips along merrily with skirt bouncing. On the right, the other is a bit more pensive, walking with hands clasped behind back.

However you view this photo these flowers have a promise of a tasty dish of Italian beans in the near future. These are dark purple beans which turn to a nice bright green colour when placed in boiling water. At their very basic with a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper they are very good. With the addition of other magic ingredients they are wonderful.
