A Table Cloth?

This is the simple glass-top table that lives on the patio under the Wisteria….. it looks as if it has a lacy cloth covering it this evening.. But no….. it is covered in Wisteria petals. Marigold, the cat, is puzzled. She would normally jump up on it and wait to be given some “Tempations”, aka cat treats. My cats are addicted to them.
We had a busy day. Margaret and friend Dawn and I went to the cinema this morning. . We had icecream in cones and watched the Trump film… “The Apprentice “. Very interesting. No wonder Trump didn’t want it shown.
Later we headed home and had lunch of fresh asparagus on toast with lashings of butter and salt and pepper. It was delicious. And such a simple feast. . Margaret has flown back to Wellington this evening. . I miss her. The house is very quiet!
