The Road Well Travelled

Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

I was walking along a path today and I ducked to avoid a low hanging branch.

Except not quite enough. I ended up with the branch caught in my hair and was trying to do a weird reversing manoeuvre while shaking my head to get it out when two people passed looking a bit bemused!

Could I have taken one step to the left to avoid the branch? No comment.

When I came back, The Prince and I went for brunch. We had the usual (and completely pointless) pre arriving conversation about whether he’d have the full breakfast (was always going to happen) or go for something smaller (wasn’t even listening by then).

We sat down. He ordered the full breakfast! I swear his excitement over the arrival of brunch is almost up there with the birth of the Mini Princesses!
