I wasn't mistaken.

       Several days ago I didn't blip this - almost full.  I intended to vow to empty it more often - I did neither.
       Today I looked at it and thought - "Huh - I must not have emptied it yesterday."  I've just checked "Photos" I did empty it yesterday because it had close to 0.5" in yesterday compared to today's almost 0.25".  Because, "as sure as The Lord made Lahl Taties" I didn't just tip out part of the last lot of Rain.
