Wentworth

Enjoyed good weather when making a trip to Wentworth Woodhouse, a local manor house that is now owned by a trust formed by local residents. It was interesting to see but still requires much renovation. Before going there we spent the morning chatting to J&S’ daughter about her work and life generally. We have known her since birth and she has overcome some health issues to be a confident and likeable young woman.
Visited a local beer cellar in the Heritage centre in Elsecar before eating at the house. Very pleasant day.
