Pavlova
I hosted a lunch party today. Six of us and I managed a Sunday roast chicken with stuffing, pigs in blankets, bread sauce, roast potatoes and gravy. Sprouts and broccoli. I was pleased with the result and it seemed to go down well.
One of the group offered to bring a pavlova and I readily accepted. Here she is dressing the meringue. It was delicious.
