Sunday

Unlike yesterday, today was awfully wet and windy.

We played a board game to pass the time before going to a nearby pub with my parents and sister where we had Sunday lunch.

Fortunately, by the time we left the weather had eased up considerably.

When we returned, my mum, R and I explored what used to be the old railway track behind my parents house. It spans the width of 10 houses and they have been collectively clearing it. We had to watch out for some badger holes, which my mum referred to as "latrines"!

We had a bit of a walk by the canal and then came back to the house for a chilled out evening.
