Blipday
I believe today is my 10th blip birthday - meaning I have missed the equivalent of 1 year and almost 10 months worth of blips since I joined. Serendipity is on my side though as I see blip is 20 years old today!
It is a wonderful place to be, I have met people I truly regard as friends now, I’ve shed the odd tear reading people’s blips, felt great joy reading some, and love sharing everyday life with people on here.
We have visited places we didn’t know existed, learnt all sorts of facts and useless information, and look forward each day to seeing what everyone has been up to.
I try to blip every day but it doesn’t happen. Life gets in the way but that’s Ok - I blip when I’ve taken a photo, but since I lost dear old Reggie I don’t easily have an emergency blip to hand at 23:59 each day!
Thanks to all by followers, and everyone who comments on my posts, but also thank you to all blippers - I enjoy seeing what everyone is up to . Blipfoto , to me , shows that we do have more in common than that which divides us.
Photo is the window in Lees Methodist church - where I went to Sunday school as a young child - taken when I delivered some knitted goods to their craft and chat group today.
Finally thank you to the Blip team behind the scenes that allows Blip to continue. I hope you all know just how grateful we all are for what you do.
