Pilates helped relax some tired muscles from yesterday. Fortunately I didn’t fall asleep!

A relatively quiet day. Frustratingly the computer died when I attempted to turn it on. So hopefully I can find a local repairer. 

A plumber popped in to discuss options for a shower for Richard. Since the house is taking time to sell I need somewhere he can safely access. A crystal ball as to how long it will take to sell is required. Currently we only have a shower over the bath. Stepping in and out is a trip hazard even with a seat and step. 

Beef casserole made in the slow cooker ready for when Richard comes in from dialysis.
