At the hospital this morning to get INR  checked and fine so next appointmet December.
I went in to the town centre to go to a class on Tia chia to try it. Two classes on. First one was standing and the second one sitting. I liked the sitting one and will go next week. Piles of leaves in the back garden  after the storm so brushed them I to a pile. A arrived in the late afternoon.
