Brown headed nuthatch

I worked out in the yard most of the day as the temperature was ideal for that.

I do love watching the nuthatches at this feeder as they use their beaks to tap on the side of the feeder to get the seeds they want to fall into the opening. The ones they don’t want they throw on the ground for the squirrels.

I did my first day of MS Balance training and some of the exercises were easy enough but a couple were difficult for me.
