Homeward bound

We took Helen and Dave for breakfast at a local bistro, really nice; then they came home and finished packing and went on their way home.  I had a 'wee greet' but am fine now.  We really had a wonderful week with them, although I think the four of us are pretty tired now.

I needed some things at the town centre, and while there we literally bumped into Angus and Nancy, so went for a coffee together to catch up on all the news, theirs and ours.  

Home now and thinking of having something fairly light for dinner, as we seem to have eaten such a lot over the past week.
