Wonky Veg

A wet miserable day & again, but I managed to make Thai Carrot Soup with my Wonky Carrots.
I visited Joan & then I set to in cutting down the Catulpa Tree that has grown this year; I like to Coppice the Tree so it doesn't get too big, but I love to see the leaves growing & the colours showing.
Popped the branches & twigs in the brown bin for collection just in time before the heavens opened again with a downpour.
Late afternoon Mark popped round to say "Hello" & give me some bags of Houseplant soil that my niece was throwing out before leaving again for their new home in Dorset.
Time for a Roast Dinner. :)
