Life is like a river

Waiting in a hospital corridor

Today I had new x-rays done on my upper arm/shoulder fracture and met with an orthopedic surgeon who specialises in shoulders and elbows. It's now been almost 14 weeks since the accident in Budapest.
To summarize, this tuberculum majus fracture did not heal properly (as had already been known) and there is this "bone chip" that stands a little bit out of the top of the humerus and inhibits certain movements of the shoulder. He said those fractures can take a lot of time and patience to heal properly and get better, so now the plan is:
If after 8-12 weeks more physio and I´ve still got the impaired movement I've got right now, then he recommends a subacromial bursal injection with corticosteroids.  If that still doesn't help to increase movement we would have to make a decision about a shoulder acromioplasty
