I always admire this leaves on a wall at a local school. They turn such a vivid red.

Early morning swim…30 lengths done!

Then popped up to Mums as she was in pain and feeling very low. A cuppa and a short drive out in the sunshine seemed to lift her spirits even if it made no difference to the pain.

The Rev is out painting the town red so I potted about doing odd jobs.
