I was near IKEA today for a lovely school visit with work so I popped in briefly to pick up some stuff for Ali.

I thought I’d time my visit to see how brief I could make it.

11 mins and 36 seconds.

That’s got to be some sort of record.

I went for a run after work in attempt to undo some of the damage that a week of bread and pastries has done.
