Back to routine

I was relieved to wake up this morning with my energy and mood restored. I spent the morning at the gym which was going like a fair with babies and mothers at turtle tots and the quiet gym full of folk at the other end of the age continum. Any way good to be back and catch up in between sessions.
Lingo Flamingo this afternoon where we all felt quite overwhelmed with extensive new vocabulary based on the modern family. It’s a lovely group of 12 people, mixed ages and all of us at the same level of competency .
A zoom session this evening organised by Explore! looking at the Silk Road countries two of which I will be visiting next year, not with Explore!
