Foodbank this morning was very quiet so we had more time to chat to the clients. Some stories are so sad but some make the hairs on the back of your neck tingle!!
Packing this afternoon for a few days away, then a walk along the seafront. The beach looked massive this afternoon as the tide was so low, after the recent full moon.
