Look Up ! !

This building, on Bridge Street in Walsall, was once the offices of The Observer, a local newspaper. The Newspaper went to the wall long ago, but the sign still remains.
I wonder how many people pass by underneath this sign every day, and don't take the time to look up ??
Walsall has some fine architecture, if one can be bothered to allow ones gaze to wander above street level . . . .
