Happy birthday to us

Well, I did say a decade ago that I'd be back.
You hadn't remembered that. Well, to be honest, I'm very surprised that I did.

I know, I know, a day late. Again. I'm not always like this, I promise. It's just, you know, social occasions that kind of slip my memory. Slightly stressful. And I do get confused by the missing leap years. Missing in the first decade but not in the second one, it seems.

Looks like there's no red balloons this time. I guess that's the environment and plastic. We're all a bit more clued up about that now.
But I did make a cake.

I know, I'm sorry, but I only make them once a decade so I'm a bit out of practice.

And I did remember not to bring alcohol.
