Branch Line

Bit by bit (as time and budget allow) I am building my model train layout, based on a number of actual NSWGR (i.e. New South Wales Government Railways) branchlines which became uneconomical and closed during the mid twentieth century. This is a pretty accurate model of a carriage built by the NSWGR during 1911 for branchline operation. They lasted surprisingly well but were all scrapped before 1960.
