If you walk from Home Park, Plymouth Argyle Fooball Club ground, through Central Park towards the city centre you will pass this mural. It is painted on the side of a house and honours the memory of Gordon Sparks (Sparksy). For 32 years Sparksy was the voice of Plymouth Argyle Football club and a popular BBC Radio Devon presenter. He died in 2022, aged 61, and the mural was completed in August this year.
