Autumn colours

Felt much better today so we decided on a visit to the Yorkshire Arboretum at Castle Howard.
The plan was to have a walk then go and see the red squirrels but we hadn’t realised how beautiful the place was and we  only saw half of it. The colours were magnificent, so many shades of orange and reds. After our walk we paid a visit to the cafe the food was so good and fresh. Stanley was such a good boy and very popular with the other customers.
I took so many pictures it was hard to choose, 
I liked the dew drops on the grass (they shone like little diamonds) also added a few extras.
The picture of Mr PC and Stanley is quite poignant as it’s the first one I’ve taken without Monty.

We will have to go again as still so much more to see, good job we became members.
