Roses & Lilies

K & J gave me a lovely bouquet of flowers last week & the lilies are just opening, I’m not sure I will be able to cope with the scent so I may have to remove them but it seems such a shame.
I’ve spent the day dealing with paperwork & phone calls, I hope we have settled on a date for Mums funeral but due to the family business (started by Mum & Dad in 1952) the working part of the family want it to be on a Saturday but this is pushing it to the 16th, I had hoped for an earlier date but I don’t want it to become an issue so will just go with the flow.
Had lunch out & then cooked roast beef for D & R as it’s their last night here & C came too.
