Preparations...

My former neighbour Samina and her now-married daughter Mariyah are coming over to eat with us this evening. We're overdue for a catch-up.
So Richard is cooking curry goat, a favourite Jamaican dish of his (with halal goat, since M and S are practising Muslims).
I get the easy job, making a fruit salad for dessert :-)
