Maryport

The weekend was full of storms, wind, rain and high tides.  This is how it affected Maryport pier.  Stones of various sizes thrown on to the path leading to the beacon at the end.  The end of the pier is also popular for fishermen.  There is one one there too.  (Very small.)  A clear day by the coast and the turbines can just be seen to the left of the pier, on the horizon.
