Apple Spice

A late start as we were woken at 2.45 am by Scottish Water collecting their traffic lights and cones that were on the road in front of our house. The workmen had been there until 9pm last night dealing with a problem that was affecting some of the village here and Port of Monteith.

Hubby continued working on the pillars and I continued tidying and cutting back. I also made an apple spice loaf. Very tasty.
