Who the . . . !

I lurked opposite this yellow shutter for a while this morning, hoping to catch some complementary colour passing.  This chap doesn't really fit the requirement, but the blue is good enough in contrast to the yellow.  I noticed his stare only after grabbing the shot – I was about 10m away, on the other side of the pedestrian precinct.

I had to hold my camera at waist level to avoid people stopping to allow me to take my photo – which they would do if I had it to my eye.
