Nasturtiums

Not too many nasturtiums still blooming but I did spot these two growing in the shelter of a wall in a nearby garden.

I went out to fill up the bird feeders this morning and spotted the top of the fat ball feeder lying on the earth but no sign of the cylindrical tube that holds the fat balls. I can't think that any bird or squirrel could carry it off .... so, I wonder, where is it?
