And dawn gets later every day so we were driving over in half dark. 
Well worth the effort though and it was a rather pleasant morning, dry and not too chilly, just right for a good walk.
One of my tasks today was to replace my flag. The previous one had suffered quite badly from last weekend’s storm and I had a spare ready to go up, so the new flag is now flying out bravely.
