The Hospital Clock

Back in October last year I had surgery on my scalp for skin cancer.  All went well but it was a long journey back to 'normality'.  Today I had an appointment to see if all was as it should be.  I'm very pleased it is.
The hospital is Calderdale Royal Hospital, Halifax which was built on the site of an original hospital (St. Lukes - which opened in 1901).  The new hospital opened in April 2001.
Thankfully some of the original buildings were renovated and kept alongside the newly built hospital. This is the old hospital clock - and it was working and accurate :-)
