Every year I say this will be the last year that I run these free workshops for mountain training candidates; but they're always so nice and grateful and it's lovely to help people on their journey. So for the tenth year on the trot here I am stood under a beautiful sky, on a cold crisp night, giving them some top tips and watching them discover they can do this.
