Starlight Express

This morning we went for a walk in Hyde Park and had a go on a pedalo (and got really close to a Heron!).  We went to Box Park at Wembley for lunch (a street food market), then for the day's main event.

Starlight Express is in a really cool theatre specially modified with lots of tracks for roller skating, and we had seats right in the middle, with the stage in front and tracks around us and to the sides, so we were right in the middle of the action. It was pretty spectacular!  The roller skating was brilliant, there were some spectacular stunts on scooters, fire, flames, lasers, lighting effects, video projection and moving staging.  We had a great time.

We went to Pizza Express next to our hotel for dinner, with a couple of cheeky games of Rummikub before we ate.

We all really enjoyed ourselves!
