Closing the gate after the horse has bolted

At 12 stone I have decided that drastic action is required so for today, tomorrow and Thursday this is what my evening meal is going to look like. If nothing else maybe it will wake me up with a huge dose of vitamins. I have to say it was delicious and I really underestimated the power of lemons and their pith...very zingy!

Ended up having to take myself to A& E earlier today. I don't think I have been since I was about 10 years old....it's usually me taking other people....it all felt a bit serious......
