My Huawei P40 Pro, 4 years old and working just fine until recently, was struggling terribly with the consequences of the fight between USA and Huawei (or China?) about alleged espionage. Until recently I could live with some apps not working (completely or partly) due to Google services missing on the device. I still had an iPhone 8 for those apps that I definitely needed to have.
But then more and more apps stopped working, most importantly the Garmin app that took care of the live tracking (so I don't go missing). I could hence not do anything else than look for another smartphone.

I have been spending hours (almost a complete day) on trying to copy my WhatsApp chats from the Huawei to the Google, but to no avail. So that's gone. But all other data is saved or already copied, and I busy to install and set up all my apps. Did you know that 100 apps is not enough, but you probably have more?

My picture today is made one hour after sunset, with the "night" setting of the phone camera. I only changed the brightness a bit with PS. I like the background, to me it looks like painted.
