Commonwealth Games launch

I was over in Glasgow this morning, to pick up keys to the flat and hand them over to the builder. Met up with fellow blipper R and had a very lovely couple of hours putting the world to rights with her. Before that though I was in the city centre, and stumbled across the events in Buchanan Street to herald 1 year to go till the start of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow 2014. I didn't get to see Chris Hoy (who apparently was around somewhere launching the official ticketing guide) but these street entertainers were doing a good job keeping us entertained.
