A new project for dad.

I took both mom and dad for hearing aid appointments today.  When I was at their house, dad was showing me a beautiful curly maple board my cousin had brought him.  It has the bark on one edge which he plans on retaining in the finished bench.  I will be the recipient of the bench when it is finished.  I thought I would take a photo of the board now and the bench when he is finished with it.  On the workbench behind him you can see some of the charcuterie boards he is currently working on.
